Hello! Thank you for the video! I just tried to start this etravel process by creating an account. I was not lucky... I couldn't even begin, since my emailaddress was considered invalid by the system. "Must be a valid email.." I have tried several times with several email addresses. Strange, because I already used the same email many times in contact with Philippine authorities, Cebu Pacific etc. I'd appreciate a lot if somebody has any ideas about what happens..

Hello, I badly need advice as I will be travelling to PH this weekend (June 1). I have 20-25 boxes of perfume (not luxury brand) and a lot of chocolates, all for pasalubong to my family and friends... I do not have the receipt for it anymore, are they going to look for it? It's asking me the country of transit when i choose connecting flight, i'm transiting in Philippines in Manilla then heading to Butuan. So when i go transit it asks me country of transit and there is no Philippines in the list. Something is not right. And if i don't choose connecting flight then it asks me airport of destination and there is no Butuan or BXU airport on the list.
