There is one that got me back in September. Plant seller. The shop I purchased from had like 4.8 stars and over 6k sales. Based in France. Basically they send a tracking number but it doesn't exist. They also have a number of 5 star reviews but they are for seeds. So I still have not got my item and that shop basically got shut down because so many bad reviews started pouring in. It went from 4.8 stars down to 1-2 stars then the shop was closed. Now they have opened a new shop and are doing the exact same thing. Same pictures, same description. It is pretty unfortunate as you can't even really report the shop for anything of that sort. You have to report the item then list it as a violation of a policy not listed. Tons of people are getting scammed by this seller. The new shop already has a bunch of sales and I expect the bad reviews have about 2-3 weeks before they start piling in.

Etsy has just charged my card for 400+ with no effort to return me the item. The buyer hasn’t even provided te damage photo! Who knows the similar Etsy victims how can we protect our rights together?
