ETT Cuff Pressure Check/Assessment

This video demonstrates the process followed when assessing ETT cuff pressures during MLT (minimal leak technique) and MOV (minimal occluding volume) with an intubated patient.
Using a syringe, 3-way stopcock and pressure gauge, George ( with help from his students) is able to determine the minimal leak and minimal occluding pressures when performing this task on a patient with an inflated endotracheal tube cuff.
