You're amazing! I've been following you for a while now and I congratulate you on your art! I bought some great materials on your store: XL CRACKLE PASTE (black and white), resi crete powder and liquid, Faceted Varnish Crackling and SUMPFKALK.. I'm interested in the use of encaustic wax... Unfortunately I don't understand the German language so I'm going to ask you a few questions. 1) Is it a common wax or do I have to buy it on your store? 2) What colors should I buy for the wax? 3) After I apply it with the brush on the painting and on the structures, is there no risk that it will be removed or scratched off? Do I need to attach it with another product? Thank you very much

Thank you very much for the compliment. As an info for you, we will have all videos with english handout and english subtitles available from mid april. Please send us an email to info@stefanieetter.de if you are interested. To your questions: 1. it is an encaustic wax (beeswax/ dammar resin) It is also available from other companies 2. i use powder pigments, alcoholinks and pigmentdrops not acrylic paint or waterbased pigments 3.the wax needs a rough surface to adhere. It can melt in extreme heat
