So grateful I found you at a young age. I’m a 15 year old female raised by a single dad, and I look at you as another BIG male figure in my life. I WILL be great, and If I can practice discipline now and how to put 120% into EVERYTHING I do, NOW is the time to do it. Laziness starts early, bad habits start early, but If I can REMOVE them EARLY and go on that next level that most kids my age aren’t even THINKING of or really ACTING on, that’s my head start. I look up to people that are doing what I’m doing, and look at that as “I’m gonna get past that before I turn 21”. My goal is to make 6 figures before I turn 23, I have 8 years to do so. Maybe my dream is too big, but I WILL put my ALL into achieving it.

Most definitely my brothas! My wife is an engineer and financial planner. I’m an entrepreneur. We both are leaders in corporate America as well. I would say that we both are financially responsible. We do pretty well together financially. We are truly blessed. As far as “money” is concerned, we consider income community property. We have separate retirement accounts but our checking accounts, savings accounts and investments are OURS not his and hers. What I’m trying to say is....the bills get paid with OUR money. We are trying to build a family legacy. Many people are not financially successful because of lack of financial education or from poor choices in mates. I pray that God blesses us all with understanding. 🙏🏾

That part right there at 53:00. So powerful. Man Im 22 yr old black man and ET asked him when he got his first property.. He got it at 22. Man Im so stoked to see these kinds of conversations taking place about real estate and making money. Because unfortunately, in my household, we get shunned around here for bringing up the topic of money. Certain people in my african american community around me look down on me for talking about entrepreneurship, making money, and trying to provide FOR THEM with the money. Very frustrating...but I LOVE THIS!!

I agree with that one percent side of the world. I'm learning and mentoring in the foreign exchange currency market. I felt Eric when he said it hurt when his own mother wouldn't support him and down talked him. They dont understand that mess f*** with you mentally, the negative everyday almost drove me to the grave early. This particular video and podcast alone help keep me lifted. I'm fighting to taste that same type of success. I desire to have my accountability partner as well. One day🙏

It's simple actually, you have your separate accounts and you both contribute to a shared account depending on expenses and what each person earns. That way if one person turns out to be a complete psychopath your whole life isn't destroyed at least financially. You can say what you want about commitment and being "one" but I've heard too many horror stories where someone was actually not what the presented themselves as or lost their marbles 10+ years into the marriage. It's your choice whether you protect yourself or not but you can't complain if the person spends all your disposable income or turns out to be a nut job and takes out and maxes credit cards with your name on it. It happens and a lot of times the person trusted them and didn't see it coming.

Hey guys I love the podcast I listen to everyone and came out and seen ET when he came to Australia. E changed my life, I went from 9-5 to now owning multiple properties and businesses. I changed my alarm tone to you owe you clip so every morning I would hear it. The only little issue I have is when I purchased organifi it had a label on there saying this could cause cancer so I returned it back and they gave me a refund. Please keep that in mind with organifi. Thanks guys.
