I love ETs anxiety stance. Theirs so much power in it. Now when I watch tdjakes sermons I stand and it makes you feel so empowered. I have MS and came from being paralyzed. So I think about that while I stand and in my head I say ‘IM DOING THIS, IM DETERMINED’ YESSS. Thank you for God using you to tell me what my abilities are. 🙏🏾

EXPOSURE...such an underrated point thats not talked about a lot. but it is so crucial ! I have a 9-5 but my mom has a housekeeping businesses and I have gone to clean with her and I was exposed to such a better lifestyle, I didn't even know people live that good! that when I wanted to work harder and asking myself how can I make enough to live like the clients my mom served! Lets go!

ET, your point about self sabotage hit home 😢 I went hard and made it to a 3 hour interview with Amazon. I thought I did great in the interview but didn’t get the job. Following the interview I have been feeling anxious and thinking the worse. Thanks for begging transparent you have challenged me to think differently. I’m getting back in the game and the will know they made a mistake!

Yes, teachers are not babysitting... I've been there with parents thinking it's so simple. I wish we could just adapt the entire curriculum to each child, but we can't. When we do, we get bullied for adding and adjusting. It's easier one on one, not the same for 25 different minds in one setting. Go ahead and home school him for his best to continue. *I couldn't even continue beyond the 1450 mark. The laughter felt like a dagger in my heart and like a cup of cold urine being thrown in my face. Kudos to your son for earning in one weekend what most educators won't gross per month trying to impact and inspire other people's children. For those who care, while being forced to teach to the state's standards and testing, they likely won't ever earn that without going into more debt with a few more degrees and moving up to a higher level.😔 Teachers, quit early and take your credentials to the prisons; no report cards, no testing, do 8 hours instead of 18 and being paid for 8, no conferences, better benefits, and you'll get paid more. Damn, as a former kindergarten teacher, that laughter hurt to watch and hear... Feels like I truly messed up ever sacrificing... Now I have to figure out how to pick my soul back up from this dark feeling.
