This hit home with me...it put so much stuff into perspective for me and I work for one of the big 3 industry but I’m in corporate America. I can respect this video 100 percent because my family was blue collar workers. My family that was blue collar looks at me being white collar like “I made it” . Not really I’m facing the same stuff they was doing but it’s more mentally/political than physical. I will make sure to keep this on my playlist to listen to every week as a reminder✊ #PureMichigander

I love that great message ET that hit my heart because I've been trying to put this out to some of my family members that were trying to down me when I'm over here thinking like a boss and trying to start my own business to build an empire they're trying they hardest to stop me on some hater shit!!! All because they do not have the will power or drive to get up off their ass and get it.

Wow I run that back... Your job was meant to purchase assets, not to cover your liabilities. Use your 9 to 5 to purchase assets. Use your 9 to 5 to position you, to have assets. Then have your assets to cover your liabilities. Genius.... This is some of the realist ish I ever heard 💪🏾💰

This was a really good conversation. Like for real. Very even keeled, not a lot of punchlines, just “take a seat & listen” type real talk and an honest assessment of the blue collar life and why we need to shift. Thank you for the content fellas as always 🙌🏽

Had a coworker select 4000 cases in 14 hours. And 2k plus the next 4 days. He scheduled his vacation a few weeks prior. Supervisors asked him this week ( as the supervisors were walking out the door and the coworker was walking in...) can you come in next week .. ( which is the week he scheduled his vacation but for the company it was going to be a big week. This podcast is the truth. Job tried to use him, he said no.

That's all ego being defensive . Growth is necessary let that ego diem Blue collar workers make the world go round but the one percent employs them. It is a relationship. The issue is most blue collars do it by default programming and not choice.
