Hello there... you guys have a video with the agitator alone?... the one without the tube... i got some flavored water products that got some ingredients that might interfere with the function of the pump... flavored water such as lime with chia seads and strawberry flavored water with small chunks of strawberry... also Horchata water with tiny little pieces of cinnamon and rice... thank you! why the drinks I put inside went bad the next day if I leave the refrigeration on and I just left the spray button off?

It’s because the only cooling surface is in the round pump area on the bottom. Without the circulation on, the thermostat will only know that the liquid in that area is cold and turn the refrigeration off, like it’s designed to do. When the circulation is turned on warmer liquid is introduced to the pump area constantly letting the unit cool the whole bowl. It’s good practice to transfer the contents to a Cambro container and store else ware for the night while you take apart and clean the whole assembly. - Tundra Team
