as per my 15+ IT exp, initial stage employees ki emi kadu, 8-10 yrs no threat. But here she has high package, high salary some times hit under Cost/Budget issues to companies. They will expect money Vs business outcome. But clearing interviews in Google/Amazon/Microsoft or Product company is WOW, great achievement. Many rounds, questions on advance latest technologies like AI, ML etc. Getting offer in service based companies (TCS/Infosys/CTS) is easy, compare to product companies.
