Lord Adonis might extrapolate his misguided suspicions on procurement, to EU membership as a whole. The Remain side of which he was a leading spokesperson, left no room for equivocation on EU membership. Brexit was going to be an unmitigated disaster from beginning to end. Having listened to all the political debates and the different views and who and what different people take form the same situation. It leaves me cold on the thought of how we use eye witnesses and how mistakes are made . We have Jackie Baillie who sees all things unionist as right ,but then sees everything on independence as wrong and must be hated to the point of bring on an epileptic fit. The victim in all this political shouting is people ,they get no say unless it’s the same one as the Westminster government are touting. All other views are called as extreme left wing ,when the media are pedalling extreme right wing views. I believe in choice , that’s unhindered and unpressured by any and all . I have the right to truthful and unbiased news and reporting, which sadly has died . Not because we lost the fight ,it’s because we choose the rotten side of a bad apple. We’ve lost so much it the last year and owe the dedicated few so much. Politician are self serving sociopaths take can make or break society, this Tory one along with the help of the Labour and Lib Dem’s are the worse of the worse ,and we picked them . It’s our shame ,here’s hoping in a new and independent Scotland our children will make a better choice . Good thing about history ,it’s in the past and tomorrow offers a brighter and better day.

from wiki "Allegations of corruption concerning individual EU-commissioners led to an investigation into administrative failings (incompetence and malpractice) by a so-called Committee of Independent Experts. Despite clearing most commissioners, the report stated that they had not found a single person showing the slightest sense of responsibility. Because the implicated commissioners refused to resign and the President of the European Commission did not have the power to dismiss individual commissioners, Santer and his entire commission resigned on 15 March 1999, the very day of the report's publication.
