A persons wage is determined by their marginal productivity. This is BASIC economics. Minimum wages harm the poorest and least effective workers as their marginal productivity is less than the minimum wage so they cannot get work. But these people just try and design ever more ludicrous charts which in virtually every case are dubious to say the least.

My wife is an English teacher in France, she is being regulated out of a wage. We need less bureaucrats and less regulation and then perhaps things will get better. In short we need less of people like you trying to fix things because frankly, you’re not very good at it.

Absolutely right. These freeloaders in EU have been trying to reduce "poverty" for decades! They have failed comprehensively! And just to give another example. Sanctions on Russian energy will plunge many more people into "poverty" yet EU does it anyway. The EU is worthless
