Fun facts: -Leon has a dominant set count over Flow -The parries game 5 are mostly due to an "option select" by buffering a parry after a safe move (I didn't know this tech before Flow explained it on his stream, so here you go)

Woah with the Flow match it really felt like a sword fight against the Lucina, like sakurai intended. It was fast and incredibly smooth, and each player capitalized on whiffs/parries so optimally. Also it might be a cool video idea to talk about just how much faster in general people are playing, i was watching some prequarantine top 8s and it felt soooo much slower than top 8s today!

Didn’t know there was a gap to begin with. Thought Sisqui, Gluto, Luugi, etc have closed that gap years ago. Maybe when Leo was running amok, there was a gap but he gapped the entire world

Why do you think that Europe has at most 5 majors in an entire year, and usually only because a bunch of international players showed up, while Japan and NA easily have over ten each? It's because based on rankings, Europe is a far far weaker region than NA or Japan, so they struggle to have enough players that are ranked in their tournaments. And it was kind of justified for a long time. Gluto was the only one who was truly able to challenge the top players from other regions. Everyone else was far behind.
