Sure, the answer is C. The team leader (male) suggests to fire the employees. The HR (female) suggests to change the way leaves are granted. Presently the employees can just download a form, fill them and get leave. I hope this helps.

Hi Babi, endobronchial valve is the correct answer. However, if you look at the words properly, what missing is "a tiny valve into the lungs". Script: It's a relatively risk-free procedure to insert a tiny valve into your lungs Question: Offered a procedure to insert _________ Answer: a tiny valve / endobronchial valve. Both are correct. Missing text, however, is "a tiny valve". You should be given mark if you write endobronchial value, because that is what it is. Good job.

Certainly. Miss Burke says "I'd give my right arm to go back to my normal look fresh-faced bright eyes". Therefore, you have to guess that her eyes are not bright. Question 17- Eye seem___________. Answer: Dull, not bright, sunken, dim (any of this can be the answer).
