Honestly, when I first saw the E20, I thought it was just an “over-engineered” product-something designed more to show off than to be practical. I mean, who needs a regular vacuum when you already have a robot vacuum? - But after watching the video, I realized how smart this design actually is! No more digging through the mess to find my Dyson handheld just for a quick 15-minute car interior cleanup each month. Thanks so much for the amazing review. I've been looking for a non-mopping robot vacuum for the upper floor since it is 95% carpet. It has been very inconvenient having to clear up all the clutter especially from the kids' room, as well as carrying up my stick vacuum every single time I have to use it for the carpeted stairs as well as other unreachable areas in the kids' bedroom. Having an all-in-one solution is clearly a game changer. Very excited to save some money and get my hands on one of these!

Just having moved into our new house coming from a small apartment we're still figuring out the best cleaning tools. Having a huge and heavy wired vacuum cleaner and a cheap wireless handheld one is just not forgiving enough to vacuum regularly. This Eufy E20 would be total gamechanger for us!

This is definitely a game changer and it would be perfect for our house.. we originally bought an old eufy robovac but it never got all the nooks and crannies that we needed so we had to buy a traditional stand up one also and a more portable 3rd one for smaller mobile needs. This 3 in 1 is great but probably a little out of our budget.

I’ve never owned a robot vacuum but this one looks amazing! I would definitely use this to pick up my pets hair like you mentioned with the reverse roller and cleaning dust with hand held would be a breeze! Looks like a great product! I’m kinda wanting to switch all my products to eufy and this would be a great start

My old ancient Eufy 11S is still going, he doesn't go home or charge well but being a vacuum it's great. One of the wheels stopped rotating and Eufy still have parts available, 2-3 days and 15 quid later back on the carpet. Great value and great bang for buck. Keep going Danny, love the reviews.

It's more then smart, it's genius! Auto vacuuming downstairs, upright vacuuming upstairs and portable hand vacuuming the car and quick spot cleanups around the house. So versatile and innovative. I love it!👍👍

I have a tineco stick vacuum and a roborok robot vacuum that we use at least twice a day. The stick vacuum is downstairs so we have to go down to get it. This would make it so much easier to have everything in one place

To be honest I wish this design had been invented earlier so yes of course it is very innovative and smart. My plan is to use the robot vacuum all over the floor and use the portable vacuum with the extender to reach the ceiling and high places.

My first thought when I saw the handheld portion was... Gimmick. But, then as I watched the vid it occurred to me that I have: One of those Push Brooms with Brushes, like an old school Lawn Mower. I also have a Hand-Vac that doubles as a Stick Vac with Attachments And I have Wet/Dry (Shop)Vac... All of which need some sort of manual labour to use and empty and having 3 takes up more space! And yes, I really do use all, 3 depending on the situation. BUT, I also borrow a friends Upright Vac from time to time, because the Vacs that I have just aren't good enough Carpet and Floor Cleaners on their own. So really, this one (tiny) unit would replace 3 Vacs that mostly just take up space. And I wouldn't have to borrow my friends upright ever again! With the added bonuses that it would always be charged, doesn't require a cord to operate; cleans and empties itself autonomously... Awesome innovation!

I think Eufy has a real winner here. Especially in small apartments, the space saving afforded by the E20 will be a big plus, as will the self emptying! The thought of being able to vacuum manually, place the vacuum on the robot, then have it go home and empty itself is simply amazing!

This is amazing! Such a practicle design. Had a hard time deciding between getting a handheld or a robot. I’d definitely use this as I’m always running everywhere doing different activities so the robot function will be helpful, and the handheld option will help me with specific cooking messes in mind! I love eufy products.. between their cameras and in house tech. Always improving on still good designs. I have hardwood floor throughout my single story home, so the robot portion would be plenty. There are some spots where wiring is along with the couch and blinds that the stick vac would for sure come in handy. No pun intended lol.

Would have loved if it had a mop function but it is an incredible innovation regardless. I can see myself using this in our carpeted lower floor while our Eufy S1 Pro takes care of the hardwood on the main level.
