Is the board included in the battery pack? That's the issue I was having with Tylr. The board is found in the battery pack and batteries tend to produce heat affecting the board eventually killing it.

Total piece of junk. They are lying about the specs. Anything that can run for 40 minutes off that battery is a piece of junk and not powerful at all. It's a 7 cell 63 watt hour battery. 94 watts is not enough for a vacuum cleaner.

I found that if I lay it down on the ground, it goes on much easier. Put your thumb on the release button, with your other hand push up and turn.. it should press on, it’s a hard press.. maybe I’ll make a video on how to. The first few times I used it, it was difficult now it’s simple.
