Try using the no go zone or no mop zone from reaching drapes, bed, or rugs. If you want your battery to last longer pick up you stools, rugs, any obstacles.

so you buy the robot with supposedly best obstacles avoidance and you need to be picking stuff up, great buy

I've noticed that the sites that sing the praises of some of these vacuums also have rugs with rubber edges that keep them flat while providing a ramp for the robot to get on and off with. My little Shark Matrix doesn't mop but it sure will get tangled up on area rugs and slippers since it doesn't have obstacle detection.

Ok so it arrived. 50 min, 50% of battery to clean 500 f2. Water was set on high, hoover on standard. Rooms were not edited so i think efficiency git sacrificed as it made a lot of small turns which isnt efficient cleaning. Floor was really nice after it. It didnt lift any of our carpets, but some of them got their edges wet as the carpet sensor is not that sensitive... Especially on the smaller rugs. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

I only got my X10 about a week ago and charged to 100% before first use. I've only used same settings as in the video but at standard speed and with edge hugging turned on. It takes about 1 minute to clean 1 sq.m in most rooms, rising to 1.3 mins. for very small rooms. I think this is the same as for fast cleaning in the video (if you convert units). I haven't checked battery use much as it only dropped to 75% on the first few cleaning runs. It runs overnight with light out and hasn't needed to stop for recharge. However, I don't have many mats and also split the house up into scenarios. Kitchen, utility, dining and family areas are done daily. Other rooms are done on alternate nights in 50-60 sq.m chunks as traffic isn't heavy. I'll double-check my battery usage but am pretty certain it was about 75% after 50sq.m cleaning. However, my cleaning is certainly quicker than those on the video. My wife is really happy with it so far.

I haven't found the battery issue you staye here to be true. I got mine mid August 2024. It's perfect. No hesitations. Your house is BIG! 1270 sqft (117 sqmt). No wonder it takes ages to clean. There has been significant firmware and app updates since this video being published.

sorry, i dont have a review of the roborock q revo but i had for 2 months before the x10 pro omni and it did not have any of these issues ...for the same price i would buy the q revo over the x10 pro omni

I own both systems the roborock q revo and the eufy x10 and I can say they both do the same thing but i prefer the eufy because roborock has a hard time with opticals and runs over cords and hits stuff and also get stuck worse in curtain.

Mine does NOT work well on rugs either. It also doesnt add them to the maps nor does it stop mopping when I hit a carpet and EUFY just wants me to refund it saying it is limited in detecting rugs...this is crazy. There "AI" is a joke and not trained much at all

Your rugs SUCK! Your chairs clearly have cheap thin metal and the shape and distance between some of them is smaller and narrow than the others so the vacuum doesn't fit. Equally some of your furniture have a low profile and the top of the vacuum's sensor doesn't fit. And the carpet under the bed looks like a cotton field. Also doesn't help that you have half a mile long hairs spread all over the house. As for the battery, I have no idea what you are doing wrong. My X10 Pro works like charm and I have no extra problems than all other robot vaccums also don't have. These vaccums are not perfect, none is no mztter the price, but the X10 is actually a great unit. Very unfair and misleading review. I suggest you move out to a new house with better rugs and have it cleaner to start-off in the first place.
