Looks pretty similar to the mock up guess of how Textrons NGSW submission functions.

Drafting table. DRAFTING TABLE!! 1988 was a very different world - before the event horizon. The IBM PC was 7 years old. We were running DOS, Windows 2 had been released around Christmas 1987, and the 80386 was king. No PC-based CAD that wasn't much above Autocad 2D and Pro/Engineer unless you spent the big bucks on Intergraph and Applicon dedicated systems, or Prime, or Sun or Computervision and spent a year getting trained and practicing. Yet systems were invented by the crafty mind of this man that were superior to those of the enemy, lathes spun, millers milled, forges forged, and it all got done. The spark was the genius of the man, overcoming the limitations of the age. Wow. Just wow. It's just so enriching to immerse your mind in the creative whirlpool of these pioneers and realize that while PC/ATs might be obsolete, the human mind never is.

Simo Häyhä never used telescopic sights and claimed it took too much time to sight the target.

That is incorrect British soldiers are trained to engage a target within 3 seconds in fact the infantry superstition of never taking a 3rd light for a cigarette comes directly from that.
