kobyashi I've never found this. Depends how early you're going but if you have a good sleep and eat well it's fine. I don't do cardio anymore so I can pretty much eat whatever before

I find after being asleep for hours and only having one meal I'm a lot weaker than when I've been physically doing stuff and moving around at work all day along with having more calories in my system from multiple meals. I just recently had to go to the gym in the mornings for 2 weeks since I was working at later hours and I found I was way weaker, only hitting 10-11 reps of 100kgs on bench when I'm usually able to get 13-14 if I train in the evening.
