The biggest goof is in the begining when empress Maria said its 1916 then anastasia was supposed to be 15 not only 8 and the other thing I recognised was when anastasia is running the stairs to greet her grandmother Olga, Marie and Tatiana looks nothing like when they come out from the family portrait

In the dance scene with Anya and Dimitri, she comes out in a completely different dress than the one he gave her. That one was teal, but it had ruffles on the hemline and sleves. This one just had plain, white sleeves and a belt. It wasn't as floofy. Still a gorgeous color with her auburn hair though. That dress and the navy blue one she wore at the ballet were her best dresses, in my opinion, with the jewel tones.

I don't think this man explained it right. I believe he's referring to Anya's hair randomly growing 3x longer when she unties it from her messy, short ponytail. But I don't even think that was an error. Anya's hair is clearly in a knot, which will create an illusion of short hair. When she unties the knot, all the long locks fall free almost to her waist.
