Yeah lol…Note 20 Ultra definitely has a RGB AMOLED screen. Even better than WRGB OLED. Has better color volume and coverage…and doesn’t have nearly the ABL restrictions. Also seems to handle near black better, without as much overshoot issues. It’s just a shame we can’t get this tech in a large format screen. However…I’m pretty excited to see Samsung’s QD-OLED. As long as it gets as bright as current WRGB…and beats the color limitations of it…I’ll be fairly satisfied. Just please Samsung….ADPOT DOLBY VISION ALREADY! I also wanna see LG’s new RGB OLED monitor in person. It should also be better than their WRGB OLEDs, and is targeted towards content creation/creators.

Ролики этого автора просто находка, для тех, кто хочет протестировать свой телевизор или монитор. Для полного кайфа нужна 10 битная панель с обязательной поддержкой hdr. Сегодня сравнивал ролики на двух экранах, 8 битном и 10 битном с hdr. Если бы я не видел как выглядит 10 битка, то мне бы и 8 хватило, но после сравнения лоб в лоб на 8 битку уже не хочется возвращаться

I’m sensing a trend here…and wonder why this is…? Another video for “QLED”….why the dislike for OLED? Just curious? Bc I’ve owned both technologies, and tho I find some pretty big shortcomings with OLED, mainly in terms of color volume and rec2020 coverage..as well as the luminance limitations, especially full field…but I feel the tech is still better than QLED in terms of raw PQ, and HDR performance. There’s quite a bit of distractions on QLED for me, and it’s just not as deep of an image as OLED. I will say, we need QuantumDots spread to OLED. And thankfully it seems like it’s here! I just don’t think you can beat the color those things are capable of putting out.
