The idea of begging middle-to-upper class families to procreate proposed by that early guy was somewhat prophetic huh. He saw the way the wind was blowing a century before the issues started to appear. Pretty typical for the work to be spun tyrannically though.

About 13:52 or around there, sterilizations in "penile" institutions (LOL!!!) should be "penal" institutions. What a hilarious blooper in an otherwise serious video!
