Are you using all grafts from safe donor area. Most fues do harvesting from unsafe donor also to get good number of grafts.what is the maximum you can get from safe donor zone ? And is it possible to cover norwood 6 with safe donor hair and beard hair alone?in the case you go into unsafe area as well, where do you place those grafts, crown or hairline?

We are using all the grafts from the safe donor zones only. We also use beard hair. We do not extract the donor grafts from the unsafe zone. It depends from case to case whether we can cover Grade VI using the donor grafts from the safe donor zone and beard hair or not. As of now there has not been any substitute for hair transplant. In a completely bald area, the only solution is hair transplant.
