Even if she didn't get to join LS because of luck, that reason is not enough to satiate the bitterness of the other trainees for not being picked. In their mind, "am I not skilled enough?", or "Is my visual lacking?", or "do I need someone to back me up?". If the answers to those questions are not convincing for them, then it would be down to LUCK. I don't know if that was intentional, but it is somehow devious to tell Eunchae that "she's so lucky" as they part ways.

idk why but the other members telling her it’s okay to cry is so special. normally when an idol cries on camera, other members will say “aww don’t cry” as a way to comfort them i guess, but i think it’s important to know that it is okay to cry, especially after holding those emotions in for so long. crying is a sign of strength, and more people need to know that

It might be because of the way they got to know Eunchae. She was quiet and wouldn't really speak with them unless necessary in the beginning. It's understandable since she was the youngest and didn't really know any of them that well. Now, when she started opening up, it's possible that her unnies wanted her to be more comfortable with them. Hence encouraging her to share her emotions while she's with them. Just my two cents, though.

Manchae isn’t lucky at all. She’s charmed the whole of Korea with her personality and cuteness. She’s done this because HYBE knew what her potential was when they cast her. She’s now the MC of one of the leading music shows and being given titles like ‘Nation’s little sister’ on tv shows. She’s achieved a phenomenal amount in such a short time and she didn’t do this through luck.

Having an EUNCHAE, The manchae in Lesserafim was the biggest win for the fimmies. She's now one of the most loved, adored, admired member in the group and very doted on as one of the current maknaes of the industry. Eunchae didn't get lucky, she had the potential that fit just right in Ls, she was always meant to be there because it's not easy being SO young and being in a group with people who have already established a whole career and have talents in various fields and make her own identity without fearing of getting overshadowed or developing any kind of bitterness in her, she just did what she does best and loves what she's doing and in return she's getting so much love back from fearnots and the industry.

I also think it wasn't just pure luck. She's really the epitome of Gen Z while still having that charm of Second generation idols that people miss a lot these days. Even in Game Caterers, she knew choreographies that even older and more experienced seniors didn't know. She's a great addition to the group in terms of her dancing, very unique voice as well as variety persona. She's so cool in interacting with people despite being shy that even senior idols like Seungkwan, Kai and Bomi praise her a lot. I would say they picked her for the newbie refreshing charms she had which are very relatable. All unnies have experience and have been in the industry for years, so for some fans it may be hard to relate to them but those fans can find comfort in Eunchae that she's so much like them. Being inexperienced is good in the beginning since you're so open to learning and experiencing different things.

Soooooooooo many trainees, sometimes talent, look and hardwork makes a difference and bring them to a tier higher or an advantage among the competition, but even out of the standouts, there are once again sooooo many. We have all seen talented trainees who don't get a chance for years or at all or idols who debut and fade into the unknown that are far better than some of those in the spotlight. Success is alot of industry politics and luck. However being lucky does not mean the success is undeserving or lacking hard work or talent.

Yes, maybe in the beginning it may look like you just got lucky but I think that in the end of the day, she got to where she is today because of who she has, how hardworking, strong, fighter anduniqe she actually are!
