I had a Eunos roadster, it was the 1800cc version v spec imported from Japan, the rear fog light had to be added to meet UK regulations, it had a rear spoiler, engine bracing and uprated suspension plus two yellow fog lights situated in the front air scoop, loved it :)

Sounds awesome! I think I've seen imported ones with extra fog lights now you mention it. My uncle's one was an import too.

Hi Thomas, made one of these to re create my own MX5 MERLOT, using genuine auto paint! You've got a challenge with the paint job!, but will look good i'm sure! Careful of ghe mould lines, can be a real pain to get rid of! 👍

That's a great idea using the real auto paint - I love that sort of red. You're not wrong about the orange and green - started it yesterday and the masking took a while.

For an old kit, it looks very well detailed and very clean. And it's such a cheap kit to pick up too. I might just have to grab one one day. Cannot wait to see how it finishes up in that 787b livery

Yeah, I often recommend this as the best Tamiya starter kit - it doesn't need much painting either but I've gone and over complicated it! 😅
