I'm sorry but if there's anyone becoming queen it's Gallica. They'll make it work. Somehow But that being said I agree with your points, she's also a metaphor to Atlus' past works in a few ways: her being a Devil Summoner, the way her people also know about the Old World better than most people (except for the Elda) it's like both Will and Eupha is supposed to be this "New meets old" depiction that is also the very spirit of the game as a whole (thematically and gameplay wise, Persona meets SMT)

Honestly, out of the main female characters, I feel like Eupha is the only one where it's heavily implied that she has a little crush on our hero. I can see her and the MC becoming "royalty" in the future. She's also super adorable with her kind nature and innocent/naïve outlook on the world.

I think catherina too strangely, like during 10/25, she kinda says some things eluding to that. Junah kinda but honestly I cant tell if she's just acting as a flirt. In any case eupha's is more obvious I think

It didn't have player choice optional dating mechanics crammed into its social mechanics that honestly would've been weird in a narrative where everything can go to hell at the drop of a hat. Having canonical attraction between characters in the main story itself is a whole different matter.

They don't have any CHOOSABLE romance. He can still have his own love interest. And he chose very well.
