You often see celebrities saying they never touch carbs or sugar and that they only eat salads and so I was just saying it’s lovely to see someone in the public eye that eats normally and sensibly rather than restricting themselves because they feel they should. It sets a great example to younger people who look up to her seeing she’s eating cookies and enjoying them rather than seeing someone who is starving themselves ❤️
