The Dark Hado does make Ryu Stronger.... BUT the Power of Nothingness which you called Ultra Instinct is DOUBLE the Strength of The Dark Hado meaning Ryu can keep his sanity and his strength at the same time

In SF6 he has no longer has the Dark Hado. Its Sagat that has symptoms of the Dark Hado now(end of SF5) as he feels it like he did when Ryu gave him the scar. Ryu was actually overtaken by the dark hado when he defeated Sagat and gave him the scar.

PhillipHardy93 Jin may be faster and stronger as devil Jin but Ryu has control over his dark powers with the Mu no Ken or the Power of Nothingness, allowing Ryu to surpass the Satsui no Hado's power and become even stronger.

ryu gots All kinds of techniques you just don't see all of them because he's got so many of them and to tell you the truth Ryu did the Ultra instinct technique way before Goku ever did it now in the comic books ryu did it to Akuma and Seth and Ryu got two types of Hadouken Dragon uppercut punches he's got one where he can make it fire and he's got one where he can make it lightning ryu even beat Bruce Lee in the cartoon Street Fighter 2 but his name wasn't Bruce Lee he it was Feel long

Ryu's kicks are soo strong because he walks around the globe with no shoes on...... You know, that is some crazy insight. That would totally make sense. He is on his feet all day everyday on random types of terrain for miles. He has never said ouch not even one time from stepping on anything.
