EURO TRIP - 9 DAYS, 2800 MILES - ALPS, MONACO, NURBURGRING! | 4K

Time to begin the biggest car adventure in my life! Over 9 days I will visit 6 countries, cover 2800 miles, go to most famous Alpine high passes, go to Monaco and drive on Nürburgring!
I captured over 800GB of video so I will document it to the best of my abilities.

Driving across Europe is fun. We normally do ours during the winter, so it's nice to see the places you went in the sun. And ending on a beer - Perfect.

What cars you’re doing it during winter? It would be nice to experience it in a winter one day. Have a look at the other episodes from the trip. I guess the only downside of doing it in winter would be the fact that most of the high passes would be closed.

Marek. Can thankyou enough for your post's and videos. We've just done a 3k round trip of France Switzerland and Italy. Did the Grimsel, susten and Furka passes yesterday. Hey, awesome awesome filming!!! Hats off. I BMW bought my M140i 2 months ago and went a couple of weeks ago with the misses for 10 days to the Alps. Went to Schwartzwald, Switzerland after that(Susstenpass, Grimselpass, Furkapass, Oberalp Pass, Ofenpass, Umbrailpas), then said in a hotel on top of the Stelviopass and went to Dolomiti after that. Was lovely :D. I look forward to the next 4, 5 episodes.

@@marveysingh9592 2800 euro 10 days. But some money can be saved if you really try to do it cheap in Switzerland. Fuel was 1200 euro. Cheers!

Hi Marek. I've just be watched this after you in posted in the BMW car club on Facebook. Incredible video! Stunning videography. I did a road trip with some mates in my E60 M5 from Yorkshire via, hull Rotterdam, mastricht, Nurbergring and Cologne and back. It was Epic but i would love to extend it and hit those mountain in passes in the Alps. Looking forward to watching more videos 😀

@@MDrives Sorry this is a very boring question, but how did you find getting petrol in some of the remote parts of the trip?

@@Matt-ze8ju generally it wasn’t a problem apart from between west Italy and east France. This will be in day 4 video. We almost run out of fuel and it was end of the day where everything was closed. It’s funny thinking about it now but wasn’t back then.

Is there a reason why you took a ferry over driving back? I’ve always wanted to do this but planning it seems so daunting.

Simply to save driving time. I paid £390 for a ferry which saved me doing 350 miles (therefore a lot of fuel). Otherwise I would have to drive for 5h to Euro tunnel and pay about £240 for returned trip. Also on the ferry you sleep for two nights so you are not tired next day. If I would live down south, I would take the tunnel.
