A fantastic update as always, the SCS team bringing some fantastic additions to the game. I recently gifted my gf this and she's been loving it just as much as me, convoys have become so much fun! Can't wait for the Balkans DLC also, its become one of my favourite places to travel around 😁 Thank you for all the work you put into this game!

It's very great to see that so much important maintain and expansion work is being done on existing content! And especially now on new features that have a direct impact on the core gameplay (i.e. driving) finally, such as the adjustable suspension height, new rain sensor, option to hide dead ends, or the intelligent cruise control as well as the emergency brake assistant, which are still in an unofficial test phase. I hope scs will add more elements to the game like new ways to spend money for assets and liabilities. Also I hope we'll be able to decorate our garage and/or have a chance to purchase a home. Imagine driving an 18 hour job and finally getting home 🙏. This game is one of the best games I've ever played. ❤️

Great update as always, hopefully you guys later on add some things like smoke leaking out from the truck exhaust, flat tires after a long time traveling, the trucker need to stop for eat too, go to the bathroom.... Some things like that which would make the game much more realistic!

The rain sensor will be great, I'll still have to wait for the adaptive cruise control :)It would also be great to add more types of AI transport, cars, loaders, buses, etc...

You can get cruise i believe by using the console to activate If you type g_acc 1 You will not go within 1 metre of the car in front even if they change speed, max is 100 metres and recommended is 30

Only thing I see why SCS added rain sensor because players are too lazy to manually turn on/off and adjust the wipers. Everyone are lazy these days.

@@automation7295 or perhaps it is because it is a feature on vehicles and the game is a simulator? I had a Volvo with rain-sensing wipers 17 years ago.

I bought a indicator and wiper lever, found a way to use it with an arduino, programmed it to work as an joystick so the game accept the input an now I have there some functions like for the wiper, the retarder brake, high beam, speedometer, indicators, stuff like that. I wasted a lot of time I could use ingame, but now ingame feels even better. But sadly you're right. Most people are lazy, same reason they want an adaptive cruse control.

A very nice update… but… there is one thing. If you added licensed fifth wheel, you could also add the fifth wheel adjustment option (forward / reverse movement). The option would be useful especially in 3-axle tractors where the semi-trailer sticks out terribly from the tractor cab. Maybe in 1.46 you will add such an option. Would be great. Thanks for all your work!!!
