OK Ben. Have now watched the video, which was brilliant. Love it. You just did the trip that we did on our first time over. Not sure about which tunnel we went through in Antwerp, but we were headed towards Arnhem in Holland, then over to Germany via Aachen, although back in the early 1980s, we didn't see that much traffic that you did going through the tunnel

Me and my hubby Tom, have done a lot of driving around western Europe (although not Spain), whilst on holiday with the folding camper (better to tow than a caravan). Our first trip was to West Germany (as it was then) as he'd been in the Army and did quite a bit of time over there. So it will be nice to see where you go and where we visited as well.

The Kennedy tunnel which connect or is part of the ring road through the centre of Antwerp is actually built in an old drainage system, hence it is so low as you go through Antwerp. Huge pumping stations are dotted all along. I was born not far from there lol.

8:15 if you want some insider information on the kennedy tunnel for trucks: if there is a traffic jam from far away then the right most lane is usually fastest, this holds till you're on the intersection. Somewhere on the intersection (for example 8:40) the middle lane becomes faster because of the traffic from E34 being added to the right lane. With just one lane change you can save some good time and fuel

Good video, Traffic can be a nightmare in Belgium especially Antwerp. Just inquiring what do you use for recording, going back at European work in January so it would be great to record stuff. Is it GoPro?
