Ill tell you what needs the biggest rebuild: Serie A's marketing department. League has the most potential in the world and they're sitting on their thumbs. Their stadiums need massive rebuilds as well. Its a shame to see a league once so great be the victim of such incompetence

Agreed on Atleti. However the press closer to the club (Marca) is already saying the club is not going to spend pretty much anything in summer. The squad is poorly constructed and full of holes. Guerreiro or Grimaldo would be ideal at LB; we have signed soyuncu but still need a leader CB; we need a back up RB that can be trusted; we really need a defensive midfielder and most important a number 9 who is efective at scoring. Everytime we had one of those it went well (Falcao, Costa, Suarez), problem is, it is very expensive, out of reach

Technically, regarding the Oaktree loan to Inter, they don't have to repay it. Oaktree loaned money to Zhang, so it's his debt, not Inter's. If he won't be able to repay it via player trading he had to sell a certain stock of the club to Oaktree, that will later find a new buyer for that stock. The financial situation isn't good, hopefully we can make it to ucl semifinal, we need money to rebuild.
