Bhai mere side I mean eastern part of india bihar jharkhand, bangal ,odisha me ek dish hoti hai PITHA isme upper layer rice ki aata se banti hai under filing khoya,cheese,panir milk cake ,some time coconut crush krke along with jaggery powder. Uper se cream milk dal ke even milk me hi boil kr ke khate hain
