I am in southern california near los angeles. Monday was 34. Not as hot like there. We do have 40 here during heatwave. Ocean is about 18 miles from my home. It really cools down in the night time. I have built a extra sunrooom in my backyard. During summer we sleep in sunroom. I open all the windows in sunroom. Feels like AC.

Meri bhai. Washing tip : First froth the dishes properly then start the tap and wash them. You will save atleast a bucket of water which you can then keep it in your room and your room temperature will go down. ( Don't know about the last part but the first part is definitely true)

I understand your situation without ac in hot weather without ac. Try these tips to cool down. 1.Take an old koleen spray bottle and make sure it's washed. Fill it up with water and spray the water into the air. Make sure not to spray over electronics. 2. Take cold showers 2 or 3 times a day. 3. Keep yourself hydrated 4.
