Hi Rick and Andrea. Thanks for the entry update. We are visiting in April so maybe the Entry/Exit change could be in place by then but not the ETIAS. Just wondering if you have any information re visiting Gibraltar on a cruise? We have a 10 day Western Med on Princess, not Costa :) We assume not part of Schengen, but also not sure if part of UK with their recent entry changes for us Australians. By the way, have booked Colosseum tour as per your links, and also doing a day trip to Tuscany. We are in Rome 6-10 April so if you happen to be around let me know. Regards, Doug & Sandra.

Also you might want to confirm with the cruiseline.

As far as I see the ETIAS will definitely be in effect. I am there in April as well. Coming from Canada

Can you pls explain further . 2023 been to 10 Schengen countries in 45 days. My passport was stamp only upon arrival and exit after 45 days since I’ve travelled tru train from one country to another. 2024 traveled to 8 Schengen countries in 40 days and again my passport was only stamp upon arrival and exit and traveled by plane. October 2025 planning to go to another 8 Schengen countries. Do I need to have my passport stamp in immigration in every country that I exited going to the rest of the 7 countries? Travelling by plane. Appreciate your reply Thank you in advance.

Hello there, now your passport will not be stamped anymore at the entry and exit it will be checked and your fingerprints will be collected, that is it. By October you might be needing an Etias previous departure.
