Camp Bohinj - This a look around the campsite which is sat right on the banks of Lake Bohinj in Triglav National Park.
This is our new favourite campsite around Europe. The place was very relaxed with a lovely chilled out vibe. There are no pitch numbers and the spaces are allocated on a first come basis. You can't make any reservations ahead of time and you have to look around for a space to start your adventures. This wasn't a problem for us but if you're not into that sort of thing then i would avoid this place.
The surrounding area being a national park are spectacular with the mountains, ski resort close by for winter travellers, lots of walking / hiking trails and of course that huge crystal clear lake that we paddle boarded in everyday.

I can’t remember exactly but I think it was about 30 euro per night.

Building a camper to travel Europe sounds amazing 😍 when we was at the campsite it was a case of finding a spot and parking up. There’s some amazing places right by the water with mountains all around so the views are beautiful. It’s also nice because it has a bakery on site so you can grab a pastry and coffee and sit and watch a ye sun come up 🥰
