My wife and I flew the Turkish 787-9 dreamliner last month. It was a great experience just as you report. Very good food, comfortable bed (not the most comfortable J bed but still very solid imho) , and the business class lounge in Istanbul was great... the food at the lounge, wow.

I had the absolute worst experience flying Turkish business. Worst service, food was horrible, experience even pre flight was bad. It was crazy how much we paid for a budget airline experience (other than the seat). Worst 12.5 hours of my life thanks to the flight attendants. Nowhere near Cathay, Qatar, Emirates, Singapore, etc… Seems you had a better experience than I did. I totally agree seats were pretty uncomfortable for me as well since I’m a bit bigger but other than that you had much better service and food.

Man, I could only imagine eating in business class. The food is hitting differently, and you gotta go 💩 and you hear someone talking about the bathroom features while you are waiting outside. "But it is an American flght". I'd be livid.

I have tried business class of seven airlines and Turkist Airlines is the worst . I am a senior, I am an Asian woman, they only gave me cheese penny, whcih I hated most for dinner because the fish I ordered was out of stock. I returned to them and was left hungry for seven hours. They just ddin't care. I paid $CAD5000 for a round trip. I am not using points, I am not a relative of their staff flying for free but unfortunately this was my first time to fly Turkist Airlines so they just ignored me . I did not notice any smile in the face of the crew when I entered the cabin and it was rare. I have to fight for my booked window seat becasue someone took it and nobody care to come out to help. It was a horrible experience for me .

Had a horrible experience as well and flight attendants seemed to make some racist remarks. I wonder if it was the same route and if they give worse service. Currently filling a complaint because we also paid in cash and it wasn’t even worth an economy price.

The worst airline in the world. They sell business-class tickets and what do you get; more legroom Nothing else. Rammed space of coughing people, no proper recline of the seat, no champagne welcome but lemonjuice. And suprise; your continuing flight with the same company: da-daa! 5 hours late!
