Used to work in a large music store chain and there were lots of grumbles when Thomann came on the scene, I'm all for buying local and supporting local businesses where possible. But the fact is Thomann is just excellent.

I'm glad he never sold out to an American company. It's all about money and he is only interested in doing things right, with quality and running a growing company with great customer service, which is what we need more of.

A fantastic online store. The best I have experienced. Excellent customer service & email notifications. I recently bought a ukulele which was initially out of stock but I still received my item in Australia nine days after placing my order. My item was priced well and set up nicely.

I have bought over ten items from Thomann several guitars. All have been fine and good prices - cheaper than UK dealers. One guitar I recently bought got lost in Germany. I cancelled the order when I discovered what had happened and Thomann reimbersed me immediately. I think they are a great company.
