Instead of going back, you could have booked direct flight to paris without going to Dubai... Bad organising, ultimately customers lost time and money both along with unbearable stress...

Coffee cost is 2 Euros, not 2 cents. This group unfortunately had a very bad three days experience right from Hyderabad to Paris. Why are you putting this video of a tour which started off so badly?
