In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Odoo founder Fabien Pinckaers in conversation with Raj Shamani. Odoo is a growing business management software company. A company that is worth around 4 billion dollars.
In this episode, we talked about marketing in Europe, a few checkpoints to keep in mind while making an effective billboard. Fabien shared some key lessons about management, he also helped us understand some common reasons why many businesses fail, he shared some tricks to understand the best-performing member of the team, and some challenges every startup founder faces. We talked about his story, how he came into entrepreneurship, the different businesses that he tried his hands on, and how he came up with Odoo. He shared about the high tax that is paid in European countries by businesses, and why different company sizes need business management software. Further, he shared about how Odoo will help businesses in India to grow, where do most businesses burn their money and what’s the difference between Indian, European, and American customers.
