If you ask a medical doctor, then all the answers to the myths will be negative as their knowledge is based on information which is served to them. You need to dwell deeper into Ayurveda to understand why sex makes a person fat. It is true as the Shukra dhatu plays an essential role in keeping the body fit. Shukra dhatu can be correlated with the engine oil of a motorcycle or a car. The petrol tank may be full but without engine oil the car won't start. The car gets damaged if tried to run without engine oil. The same happens to the body with the lack of shukra dhatu.

We don't need to create divide between the two. Both the podcasts are unique in their own way. It's obvious the podcaster wouldn't want to repeat the topics already covered by another podcaster. Let's not create this guy is better and that guy is better. It's not conducive for podcasts to improve in quality. Competition and learning from each other is important for everyone and ultimately the consumer.

Dr. Pal sharing his story of multiple miscarriages and then getting emotional was so touching to watch and I loved that we saw a man showing emotions in public. It's high time men express their feelings and stop hiding it under the guise of being "macho." Also, I really appreciate that he shared this story so that we take up pre-marital genetic counselling. A diverse gene pool always produces stronger and healthier offsprings.

Hi Raj I respect Dr pal alot but my respect for many podcasters is a question these days when I see each podcaster is insensitive towards the most sensitive part of the guest. I am sure you must have seen his previous podcast that why difficult question abt his finger n related issue. If you really wanna educate your audience pls put the other podcast. It too difficult for anyone even a doctor or guest to share the emotional journey specially related to dear ones again n again Empathy is missing here from Raj's side. My heart goes out for Mr pal & family. I can feel the pain n how could Raj not see. Why this question in every podcast : how come host is insensitive Dr pal 🙏 Thank you so much . The last question was soo unnecessary when you were selfish enough to make him cry.. Anyone who has watched his videis early knows how much it is personal to him. Am sure even you had watched Ranveer biceps video Think this something that we Indians do always to belittle, degrade, humiliate or self important like " OH, you gave grey hair or if somebody has lost weight instead if complementing it would be like Are you sick or sthng because you have lost soo much weight or my God you have put so much weight, you must be feeling awful or about skin colour and the list is endless regarding personal attacks

I am not sure these things can be generalised for everyone. There needs to be a balance. Animal protein levels are more than in plants. And also plants contain lot of hormones like estrogens which are not great if consumed in a huge amount. Bloating occurs when one is on a high plant diet too and also age is a factor. Best is to visit your doctor and get advise from a professional nutritionist. Each ones case may be different. I think we shouldn't just follow youtubers blindly since theres just too many opionions floating around.

Being in medicine, I don't know how to manage the circadian rhythm before 40 coz a medical professional only knows how hectic his/her life is before 40s in India especially.... He himself knows this much better.. Its just for the regular people who atleast can manage their time under the circadian rhythm

Dr Pal, I am an ardent supporter of yours. But, it’s safe to be called “miscarriage” instead of “abortion”. You’re an amazing person. More power to you 😊
