The standard of the Scottish Premier League has been on the slide for a long time. It's probably never been worse. When you consider that Sligo were half way through their season and Motherwell had only had two bounce games, plus we (hopefully!) haven't brought in all our transfers yet (we have one striker and he was clearly unfit) then I wasn't really that surprised by the result. Sligo could probably compete in the Scottish Premier fairly well. A sharper Motherwell are probably a better team but there isn't a big gap.

You’ve done more in the last few years to promote Scottish Football at all levels than The SFA , SPFL and any individual clubs , gutted to hear that you had to leave early due to some idiots Don’t let it put you off Sam and keep up the good work 👍

Like most Well fans, gutted about the result… However shocked about your treatment by some of the Well fans giving you grief. I really enjoy your videos and appreciate the videos you do about Scottish football.

Football needs you. you put the game first and then second ,third, you will always find a small amount of people who put their prejudices first

I'm a lifelong Motherwell fan and I'm genuinely sorry you received any hostility by our fans, it's also really disappointing to hear booing going on, I understand people are disappointed but it's never been something I've been about. I hope you'll return to Fir Park one day and we can make it up to you. Thanks for the coverage of Scottish (and wider) football, your channel is a treasure trove of interesting facts and stories.

That Motherwell March was hilariously unorganised. Couldn’t clap in time and were walking too fast on the flanks. I think they need more practice pretending to be ultras. Big shout out for the stick insect in a balaclava too 😂
