One thing which wasn't mentioned on Nortel Networks was that its servers were hacked into in the 1990's and its technology was stolen. Shortly after Chinese competitors began to make products with the same technology for less.

Nortel Networks had inside ownership of 10M shares in 2001, and 770k in 2007. Apple and Microsoft have inside ownership less than 10 basis points. My guess is they are the first to show cracks.

Weapons companie's incentive is to go to war. Maybe that's why Buffett doesn't invest in them... I respect for Buffet for that 🫶🏻
