The most critical part while renting car is to make a detailed video of the car while you take the key. Even reputed rental agencies like hertz, avis tries to scam the customer by accusing people of causing making scratches or dents which were always there.

I am planning to visit France, Germany,Netherlands, Swiss and Italy during September 2023. France first then to other places. I am planning to fly to France first and return back from Italy. Please tell if You don't mind how to travel from France to other destinations, the economical way , whether by train or any other means and whether I should book in advance. Also when book through air bnb , payment is to be made in advance now. Asking you because I am visiting Europe with myself and wife for the first time and No t depending on travel agencies, except for visa

Bus is usually the cheapest way and yes you have to may Money in advance when booking through Airbnb
