In their balls. Wait until you see Irish road racing, Isle of Man TT, Macau GP and the international road races. Plus the riders have protective leathers with airbag that deploy when it senses a crash (very good technology and it is getting better and better), plus if they fall off their bike they have significant distance to slow and be caught in the gravel.
