Sabalenka's grunting is startiing to grate. She groans longer and longer and even prolonging the noise seconds after the ball has been hit. It's now become tactical for her. Easily best in tournament but something should be done about her sounding off like this..

Sabalenka deserves this. She was a ferocious ball striker when she first broke through on tour but she had two big weaknesses: her movement and her second serve. She put in the hard work and fixed both those aspects of her game. Other players should take note.

Watch sabalenka were you watching, she has not fixed her foot speed,she does not need to because she can over power most of her opponents,coco has her number and she will be beaten on slower courts by coco in 2024.Sabalenka is a slow moving power fitter, the key to beaten her is move her around and not be intimidated by her and she will fold.

I don’t hold anything against Sabalenka but that grunting can’t be for so long. I can still hear the grunting when I watch the opponent hit the ball. Don’t get it why WTA haven’t reacted already. Sabalenka grunt has 2 issues 1) It's too loud 2) It's too long, it lasts until the opponent hits the ball. Start giving her penalties instead of allowing her to do this shit and being rewarded because she annoys her opponent. The fact Zheng earns millions from this tournament and players like Ruusuvuori only some thousands is ridicolous. I would never watch this match live, but apparently a lot of people pay to watch this level of tennis and hear a player scream for the whole match.
