Ali Carter's last SOTC was like 7 or so feet away from the red inches from the pocket that no professional player should miss. The fact that he attempted to hold for the black when he didn't have to(52 behind with 75 on)meant that position was dominant to the pot and that led to the undercut, making it the wrong shot.

Winning in such a manner at 48 years of age is unheard of! Still the #1 and up for his 8th worldtitle at the Crucible. Устали оба. Картер старался сражаться, но для Ронни победа это уже что-то естественное, это норма. Красавчик 👏👏👏

Despite it being boring that he always wins, the worst thing about Ronnie O'Sullivan playing is the obnoxious, drunken louts who dont show any consideration for the players.

Imagine playing as an undeniable and undisputed GOAT. Must be a burden at times but an abysmal pressure for the opposition at all times as well. Rarely to see in any sport.

Ali had Ronnie under control until 5-3. Thats when Ali made that one hit and hope shot spreading reds instead of playing safety. That was pivotal moment for the game and he basically handed over the momentum to Ronnie.

Shame he attracts such awful fans in every match he has. No class. Shouting out when they are down on the shots STFU! I’ve never been a massive fan of ronnie but his results and longevity speak for themselves. What an incredible player.

It was unfortunate for Ali that he had to meet O'sullivan in the masters final. Hopefully he will have a good season now back to his best. O'sullivans comment about he kept playing to see if Ali could catch him and beat him was totally unnecessary. I think Ali was right about what he said before his match today in the world Grand prix.
