I saw one of these operate, saw the completed bolt carriers come out on the little 6" wide conveyor belt into the basket. The Guy has bar feeders and the unattended operation is real. He has I believe three of these 11 axis machines and two 9 axis very similar. He works alone running all of them by himself, no employees , and does all programming and maintenance. himself. Also, he has a centerless grinder that is the nicest I have ever seen.

made out of brass so you can actually see whats going on, if they used 8620, all you'd see is coolant blowing against the glass.

That's a beautiful turn key process! All those custom drills and stuff take time to develop as well. Very cool! It'd actually be really cool to see a bolt made of brass. Great video!

I install and train operators on Nakamura turn-mills and I will say, that is an impressive machine. I like the traveling/off-set sub-spindle and unloading while the main is running. I have had issues with tool holder interference in the past trying to drill deep holes on center on both spindles. Nice workaround. 31i I take it?

If they used 8620 they would have to use coolant to cool the tools, so all you would see is white shit shit all over the window and camera. Would be like being trapped in a blizzard. Hence the demo to show you its capablities without being visually impared.
