I think Albania is going to smash it in the televotes. They tick the boxes for more older demographic. It also seems like they arranged both halves to have a mid start, low transition into a climax where they put high energy one after the other and then another shorter low transition into the finish. If UK hadn't drawn the last slot, they would have put Croatia last.

Albania - Italy - Estonia - FINLAND : I'm quiet sure producers really giving a big chance them to win the Televote. From some weird reason I think the trophy is going to split between Finland-Sweden-Spain-Poland. But the most important is to all just enjoy it without expectations, so have fun everyone who were involved through the months of the Eurovision fever. :D

Interesting that several of these youtube esc insiders don't seem to think Norway can compete in the top this year. Seems odd considering how viral it went. It probably did quite well in the televote and if her voice recovers, she can definitely do well with the jury as well.

@@krunoslavkovacec1842 Doesn't matter, most Eurovision viewers see/hear these songs for the first time in the Final. I can see why Eurovision nuts and youtubers are past it though. (which I think is a mistake if they want to guess what will happen in the final)

I think if it's anyone that could compete with Sweden and Finland it's Israel. They're sitting on a pretty sweet slot in the r/o and is a song that could do well in both the televote and the juries.

That’s why these should be drawn instead of assigned. To me, this is where you have the most political favours in eurovision, influences and even who knows, corruption… how do we know that this is a fair process?

@@Janecas I am so upset at how this allocation was made. The biggest mistake is putting precisely Austria, Portugal and Switzerland in sequence even if it was later in the competition. And the one most hurt here is definitely Portugal on #2 position. At the very least, Mimicat should be first to open the show but never followed by Austria which has similar staging. Mimicat has had to overcome so many obstacles since she got to Liverpool that one more she will know how to manage it. But it isn’t fair to do this to her. On May 13… let the divine light shine above Mimicat.

@@adamtideman4953 Why? Has it happened before? Frankly I wouldn’t mind that Portugal open because of the type of song and presentation but as #2 it feels weird. More after Austria. As for Switzerland, he’s quite unique with a gifted voice. Doesn’t bother me as much. Oh! And Croatia gets the one spot before last. Something wrong here.

Finland still has the problem that the singer can't exactly sing cleanly.

@Flub Flubber But it's not a song that relies on singing clean or needs big vocals. And the juries have been given other criterias that they are SUPPOSED to take into account also when judging. They have been told to judge also originality and staging, both that Finland delivers. For example if we are thinking Finland's biggest rivalry Sweden. Tattoo is not original in any level at all. Yes Loreen performs and sings well, but when it comes to juries, if they do their job, they should take other things to account as well, and therefore Sweden should not get a landslide victory with the juries over other countries.
