Eurovision: Entries that got points from Everyone (2023 update)

An elite group of entries have managed a very significant achievement - they got points from every other voting country! For this video I went all the way back to the beginning to find out which ones they are!
I had to exclude the entries that participated between 1971 and 1973 when a grading system was used rather than a point allocation system. This meant that entries would receive votes from every other country automatically. Quite surprisingly, excluding the aforementioned years, only 1 entry prior to 1975 managed this feat!
I have only included the entries from finals where the competition is the steepest.
From 2016 onwards, when we've had two separate sets of points given by each country (televote and jury) I've included the entries that received at least one point from either of these sets of each other country. From 2023 onwards, entries must have received points from the Rest of the World vote to be included.

Insane fact: Belgium 1982 was the only one that got voted in all voting countries despite of not having 12 points.
