Israel is not in Europe same as Australia taught it was ment to be eurovision and country's of Europe as for Israel and the war if people want to do something the best thing is to switch of television that will let people know how they feel

Eurovision despite the name isn't a song contest of European countries but a song contest of members of European Broadcasting Union (EBU) that is the world's foremost alliance of public service media organizations, with 113 Members in 56 countries in Europe and beyond. Since Kan11, the Israeli public broadcasting corporation is member of EBU it is allowed to send a candidate like all other members of EBU if it aby by certain rules. Public broadcasting corporations from North African Arab states and Lebanon are also able to participate since their public broadcasting corporations are members of the EBU but since Israel participate they deny participation.

No one is actually talking about the song. It's a gorgeous ballad sung by a highly talented woman. Actually the vocals are amazing considering the pressure she's under. Jay is actually right about our song. It's underwhelming. It's sung weakly and the staging is grubby and sleazy. Some people have been complaining about Israel's elevated televote score. What about the disgraceful under scoring by the jury's. They were making sure that Israel was never going to win the show.

The funny thing is that when it was between Ukraine's Stefania, and the UK's Spaceman, people thought that Ukraine got the sympathy vote, and totally ignored that the previous year the UK got 0 points across the board, and made a scene in the arena and everyone felt so sorry for them/us. The UK coming in at number 2 was the major sympathy vote. Spaceman was not a very good song in all honesty. But Stefania on the other hand, was actually a good song. Ukraine had a chance of winning that year regardless of the Ukraine invasion, Ukraine often is in the top 5 and the top 10, and has had quite the winning streak, and favourite streak in the past 5 or 10yrs. The UK on the other hand had no chance with that song, if it wasn't for people voting for the UK out of sympathy due to the previous year's drama due to the 0 points. Only people who watch eurovision would know this fact, and unfortunately a lot of people who watch eurovision are actually insane so it went over their heads too. But i watch it and i'm sane. For once the people of Europe felt sorry enough for us to throw us many sympathy votes, and that's all we get, because we send crap songs all the time.
